Description & Requirements
You will be responsible for supervision of concrete batching plant daily operation.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Supervisors/ Managers to supervise plant daily operations, including production oversight, equipment management, quality control, inventory management, record keeping, safety and environmental compliances;
- Ensure plant operations are smooth and staff abide by company policies and procedures;
- Implement planned actions to meet production targets;
- Assist in preparation of reports relating to costs, productivity, inventory, quality, safety and sustainability;
- Participate in trainings and coaching for frontline workers.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years’ supervisory experiences in a manufacturing environment;
- Solid people management and coaching abilities;
- Strong Independent problem solving skills;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
